Welcome to fifth grade.  My name is Pat Anderson and I have over 20 years of teaching experience.  I graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.  I continued my education and received a Master's degree from the University of North Texas.  My teaching career started at RISD, teaching 3rd grade.  After taking a few years off from teaching to raise my family, I taught 5th grade in San Antonio for 8 years before moving back to the Plano area.  I am excited to be at Bethany teaching fifth grade.  I am married, and we have 2 wonderful grown boys, a daughter-in-law, and a beautiful granddaughter. When not working, I enjoy going on walks, working in the yard, and spending time with my family.  I look forward to a wonderful year of learning!
