Ms. Kamille Garcia - Counselor

Ms. Garcia is starting her 10th year as a school counselor and her fourth year here at Andrews Elementary. She previously worked in West Texas as a school counselor for 6 years and worked in a private office as a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Registered Play Therapist. She has a passion for working with children, overcoming their obstacles whether it be emotional, social, or academic concerns.  

She recently moved to Dallas from Odessa to be closer to her family. Spending time with her niece was a big motivator in the decision to move. Weekends usually consist of soccer games and brunches. She loves traveling and exploring new places. She likes taking photographs during trips to later turn into scrapbooks of memories. In Ms. Garcia's free time, she likes to read, journal, watch movies, and spend time with her family.

Ms. Garcia is excited to see all students back on campus this new school year!
