Enrollment Procedure
To enroll a child at the Plano ISD Employee Child Care Center, families new to the center or wishing to enroll a previously unenrolled child to the center must first complete an application/waitlist using the Eleyo software. The district employee must create an Eleyo account to register a child/children. Upon completion of the application/waitlist, the Employee Child Care Centers require a non-refundable $35.00 fee per child.
Waitlists are processed in the order that they are received and remain active for up to two years from the date submitted. If the parent or guardian has not accepted a spot at the center within the time frame but is still interested in care, a new waitlist submission will be required.
It is the parents' responsibility to make any updates and/or changes to the Eleyo account; for example: newborn names, birth date, etc.
When a spot is available, Child Care Services will email the parent/guardian asking for acknowledgment and acceptance of the spot. The parent must complete the registration process in Eleyo. Upon completing the registration application online, a non-refundable $85 registration fee is collected.
Care may not begin prior to the contract being approved, all fees paid, and all paperwork completed and returned to the center.
