How do I register for the Employee Child Care Centers to receive care?
The Employee Child Care Centers use Eleyo, a convenient mobile-friendly online tool to register and manage your account from any device, including your smartphone or tablet for registration.
- Choose Employee Child Care Centers Waitlist
- choose your preferred location and the age range for your child to begin the registration process
- you must checkout to complete the application/waitlist
- the site manager will offer the spot, when available, by providing an invitation and a code to you to complete a second, more detailed enrollment application in Eleyo

How long can my application stay on the waitlist?
When a spot is available for your child's age group, you will be offered care. You may accept or deny the spot. If you deny the spot, your information will remain on the waitlist for up to two years from the date the waitlist submitted.

What are the tuition rates?
Tuition is determined by the child's age as of September 1 for the current school year when enrolled. Children are not promoted during the school year.

How do I pay my monthly tuition and when is it due?
The Employee Child Care Centers are a pre-paid program. The monthly tuition is due by the 1st of each month.
All payments are made on-line by logging into your Eleyo ECCC account.

Where can I find my income tax information?
Account owners that have made at least one payment in the system can use the Download Tax Information button from the Account Management Tools to obtain a copy of the tax statement report. Payments on the tax statements are categorized by payer.
Receipts can be downloaded from the Your History section online. Receipts are only visible to the person that made the specific payment (not by all account owners).
