Enrollment in After-School Care
Requirements to Register
Registration is required each school year for all new and returning students. Students must be enrolled in Plano ISD, have a Student ID number, and be enrolled in grades Pre-K through 5th grade, including Head Start, Beaty ECS, Isaacs ECS and Pearson ECS.
Only a parent or legal guardian may register a student for PASAR using Eleyo, the online enrollment system, and is the owner of the contract. The contract owner, as the PASAR customer, is responsible for the financial account and is accountable for payments.
Online registration is required to secure a spot on the pending list. Once placement for the student is secured at the campus and any outstanding balance and registration fees are paid, the contract is approved. Parents receive notification via email with the start date for care when the contract is approved, and the registration process is completed.
Start Dates
The online enrollment system offers the available days to begin care. Grayed out days are not available. Care will only begin when the contract is approved.
The start date determines when tuition begins.

Withdrawal from PASAR
Withdrawing from PASAR
Withdrawal requests must be submitted online via Eleyo by Tuesday of the current week to be effective the following week. An account must be current and paid in full to process the withdrawal from PASAR.
Openings and Reregistration
To resume services for a student that has been withdrawn, a new contract must be submitted, and the registration fee paid again. If a site is at capacity, the contract is placed on the pending list in the order it is received and processed accordingly once space becomes available.
