• Registration Instructions for 2025 Summer HS Credit Recovery

    Thank you for your interest in the 2025 Plano ISD Summer High School Credit Recovery program!  You can learn more about these programs by returning to the summer HS Credit Recovery webpage.

    The registration process for the summer Credit Recovery program has changed to utilize PISD’s new Skyward system for course selection, scheduling, and program management.

    Please review the 2 steps to the registration process outlined below:

  • Step 1: Course Identification (May 5-28)

    NOTE: This step will be completed by school counselors.

    1. School counselors will meet with students who are lacking credits and may want to recover those credits during the summer.
    2. Counselors will enter up to THREE courses into Skyward for the student to register for.

    Parents will be notified via email when they can complete the Course Payment processes in Skyward Family Access.

  • Step 2: Payment (May 5-29)

    This step will be completed by Parents & Families.

    1. Go to Skyward Family Access (Formerly called the “Plano ISD Parent Portal”) at https://portal.pisd.edu/.
    2. On the Dashboard, click on the green “Fees & Fee Payments” tile under your student’s name.
    3. Review the fees assigned for HS Credit Recovery.
    4. Click the “Click here to pay your fees” button in the top-right corner of the screen.
    5. You will automatically be taken to the Revtrack Web Store for payment processing.
    6. If this is your first time to use this website, click the “Create New Account” button.
    7. Login and view the Required Fees that have been applied to your account.
    8. Click “Add to Cart” for each item listed.
    9. Then click the Checkout button.
    10. Complete the payment process.
      • Please note: A 4.5% software fee will be applied to all transactions
    11. A receipt will be emailed to you.  All payment records will also be saved in your new Revtrack account.

    *Registration is not completed until payment is received.
