• ID Cards

  • When you first enroll in a plan, the appropriate company will mail your ID card to the home address that the District has on file for you.  It may take 2-3 weeks for ID cards to arrive in the mail.

    Not sure if we have your correct address?  Double-check through the Employee Service Center under the section for My Personal Information.

    The information in the sections below will help you if you need replacement or additional ID cards, or to access digital ID cards.

    Vision Service Plan    (for VSP Standard and VSP Buy-Up plans)

    No ID card is necessary for you to receive services or care. Just tell your optometrist that your coverage is through VSP, and they'll handle the rest. But you can print a card if you want one:
